Leading into the purchase of the beachfront property mentioned above, we gave Marnie the sole agency for our existing property at Omaha Beach. she prepared the property meticulously with photography, video and online marketing tools, and so when the beachfront property we purchased went unconditional, we were able to start the marketing of our home immediately.
Our property sold less than five hours later. Within ninety minutes of the property listed online, Marnie had a prospective buyer seeking a viewing. That buyer viewed the property less than three hours after the call, and half an hour after viewing Marnie presented us with an offer for the property, which we accepted.
