One Agency have been absolutely fantastic to work with. I never really appreciated what real estate agents can do for you until I worked with Mike and Julz. From getting you on the market and really detailed regular reports and updates of potential buyers, to explaining the pros and cons clearly of each offer type. From taking initiative on tidying bits of the property to make it more appealing, getting contractors where necessary, to being so accessible at all hours when dealing with a really difficult buyer.
