The property was beautifully advertised which I believe helped us achieve a quick sale.
We choose to go with One Agency because I previously sold a house with Barry & Nicole. They achieved a quick sale and a price higher than I expected. They had also sold properties for my grandparents and sister and achieved great results. We had a great experience with Barry and Nicole. The decision to sell our property was made last minute but they both worked quickly to get it on the market in a very short time frame.
