Pip Woodhouse-Shea along with her Partner David Davidson is delighted to introduce the One Agency brand to the Bay of Plenty, having been working in the Real Estate Industry in Tauranga since 2003.
Pip has lived in Tauranga since 1986 and has become very well known, specializing in selling Residential Real Estate throughout the Bay of Plenty. Pip has had a high level of success having sold well in excess of 120 million dollars worth of property so far.
Together with David, they have formed a multi award winning team, setting sales records for many properties in Tauranga's most sought after Streets.
Pips background includes Sales Management, Public Relations, Promotions & Marketing, Advertising and Sales prior to joining real estate in 2003 and she has a high level of competence in her chosen field.
Building relationships with the vendors and purchasers who chose her to assist them with their housing needs is incredibly important to Pip and this has been clearly achieved, judging by the many opportunities for return business and referrals she gets.
