I've often been asked by potential sellers 'where should I spend my money first in doing up a home to sell?' I've always replied, well once you know the roof is ok, start on the inside because that's where people live! Well, I didn't have to tell these vendors anything - they had already done it! It was a wonderful surprise to walk inside and go 'wow'! These sellers have done an amazing job with a contemporary renovation: new plaster walls, new bathroom, new laundry, new timber kitchen, massive walk-in-robes to every bedroom (yes 'every' bedroom) and a whole lot of other great new additions. All you need to finish the inside perfectly is to polish the timber floors and maybe a little freshen up with paint here and there from the kids toys banging around the place.
