General views across most of the country reflect on a paucity of listings which, while making it relatively easy to sell stock, buyers are sitting back waiting for more choices or to see if, as pundits predict, prices drop.
It’s always difficult to apportion blame for a slowing market; is it winter, the end of a solid value growth run, the pending election [always slows marketplaces], or just a confluence of them all which will erode as the seasons change and election drifts by? One things is certain; well presented properties in good positions are still selling well. Very well.
