Choosing Pip and David as agents to sell our home was the best decision we could have made. At each step PIp and David were able to provide the objective perspective that we needed. This was important to us because the entire process can seem overwhelming and emotional. After all, our house was not just a building to us but our home. Pip and David were on top of all the details and deadlines and we were able to rely on them to keep everything on track. We appreciated their realistic approach and did not ever feel pressured in any way. Answers to any questions or concerns were just one phone call or text away and they gave immediate feedback to us about comments prospective buyers were making. We always felt like we were in the loop. When it came time to sell our home we immediately thought of Pip who had sold our previous home. We were so pleased then, and even more so with the partnership of Pip and David, if that is possible. A very professional couple, so delightful and friendly, very easy to be with and we thank them for that. All procedures for sale and auction were fully explained in a manner we could understand, and we were well supported all the way through. For us, being an older couple, their cheerful natures and encouragement has been very much appreciated.
