Above & Beyond We engaged Nicky to sell a house off the plans that we are building in Cromwell. Nicky arranged a great marketing package, including renders & a video link to the plans. She soon brought us some interested vendors who subsequently purchased the property. The purchase required extensive liaison between the two parties with regards to the house spec, upgrades, and alterations. Nicky Butler has achieved the result for us that I doubt many others would have had the energy to follow through with. We put ourselves in a difficult position by renewing the tenancy agreements with our tenant and then having a change of heart a week afterwards with the decision to sell both our Rolleston properties. Nicky was recommended to us by a friend off a friend down here in Cromwell, and has truly worked hard to satisfy five different parties on two sales. Nicky negotiated an early termination of the tenancy agreement with one of the tenants on our behalf, this resulted in a delighted purchaser, a super satisfied tenant and of course we were so pleased Nicky could bring it all together for a perfect and fast settlement. The second property settled within one day of the first and again Nicky made this happen by working with the right type of purchaser to allow this tenant to remain, which was a win-win for tenant and purchaser, again we were absolutely wrapped.
