Who is David Schmidt

With over 23 years experience in many leadership and high level management roles both nationally and internationally David’s vocation choices eventuality lead him to his other passion which is real estate. He naturally transitioned into the Commercial arm of Real Estate in 2020 where he was awarded the NAI Harcourts rising Star award. David’s qualifications include a Bachelors Degree in Applied Management with distinction from Otago plus he has marketing and business diplomas. With a genuine passion and likeness for people plus a common sense and tenacious approach to problems he loves to help people reach their goals and is excited at the prospect every time. Having started his first business in 2005 David has learnt that a hands on, collaborative and communicative style is always best for his customers. He is respected for his honesty and ethics, his ability to listen and negotiate quietly but assertively and his reliability. If you want David to help you achieve your goal or just want to chat, he would love to hear from you. Outside work David has a fabulous partner, Becky and five beautiful children between them. He loves to play golf (at that he’s hopeless), or participate in any sport going.
