Kim knew what the property she was marketing and did this with enthusiasm, decorum and belief. Kim had the knowledge to market the property effectively and fairly from the buyer and sellers perspectives. She both appreciated and respected the situation that seniors sometimes require a support person and our experience of this was second to none. She was very open with her communication, including the support person in everything and making it as easy as she could for the older purchaser. We loved this about her. Being a lifetime local. Kim knew the area, its potential and the neighbours enabling us to know this was a comfortable place for Dad to be. We too are locals of a lifetime, and giving thoughts to purchase in an area that had not been considered, was by chance. with Kim's suggestion of viewing a property to show options, size etc. At no time did we feel pressured or question what we were being told. Kim is as honest as the day is long, and understands without a doubt, her professionalism is what drives her role and success.
