Elaine has enjoyed being in the real estate industry for 24 years. Her rural experience comes from both growing up on a dairy farm on the Hauraki Plains, and also owning large dry stock farms since the 1970’s. Her residential and lifestyle experience come from the longevity of negotiating successful sales and purchases for her clients and customers with her honesty and ethical attributes, along with her helpful easy-going manner, which has held her in good stead, and stood the test of time in this always changing industry. Elaine is also a licensed Agent, who is armed with managerial skills, and has earned this qualification through hard work and experience, and is therefore able to steer any seller and buyer along the process of real estate negotiations safe in the knowledge that every-thing is done ‘by the book’ under the REAA and the REINZ.

We meet Elaine when we first started looking for a property in Kaiaua in 1995. We arranged the purchase of the property through Elaine and then, since we were based overseas, arranged the rental of the property through Elaine. We returned to NZ in 2006 and were ready to make some major renovations to the house. Elaine gave us some contacts, who we found to be very competent to do the work.
