Fay Is Amazing!
It was wonderful having Fay working one the process of selling our home with us. Fay has such a nice presence and
very easy to talk to which was so important. People were coming to our open homes and staying until the end every
time which shows how people felt welcomed and comfortable to be able to do that so thank you Fay. I would definitely

I have bought and sold property a few times with Fay now, she is so easy to
deal with, great knowledge of the market and keeping her clients well informed on a
weekly basis. Fay made the process of selling and buying property very easy and I

If you are looking for a real estate agency to sell or buy property through in the
Selwyn area, then give Fay a call, we signed on to sell our Rolleston home. Fay, and what a lovely, hard working lady! Many sales reps leave you feeling like
their pushy, out for the money, and are too busy to care about you as a client. Fay
was none of these, we loved her from the first meeting. She worked ridiculously hard,
for both buyer and seller, and got the house sold within a couple weeks. We would
definitely use her again, and recommend her to anyone trying to buy or sell in the
Selwyn district.
