She delivered us a realistic valuation of our property and gave her all to get a sale across the line for us in a challenging/turbulent market. She was always available to answer our enquiries and made the whole process straight forward and easy.
Her high level of service continued until the entire deal was completed and settled.
Nicole went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process including setting us up with a post move out cleaner on short notice to make the process that much easier.
The West Coast is lucky to now have Nicole working for them but we are gutted she wont be available to us if we choose to sell again in the future.

Working with Nicole was fantastic. The fact that we were in the North Island and we were buying a property in the South Island could have been a very stressful situation but Nicole was patient and professional throughout the whole process. She supported us throughout , answering all our questions, finding the answers for everything and even consolidated all the information into one file at the end so that we could easily find everything. She was flexible and made herself available when we were able to travel down, which we really appreciated. We are so pleased with our new property and are really excited to be joining Nicole’s community in the South Island.

Refreshing to work with a successful agent who genuinely cares for both seller and purchaser Selling my property through Nicole has been much more than just a sale process. Nicole has assisted us and the purchaser over and beyond the normal call of duty. We encountered some normal speedbumps in the sale process and I am absolutely convinced that Nicole's professionalism, communication, and genuine interest and care has made this sale possible. The refreshing part is the fact that Nicole creates a win/win outcome. The best possible sale price and the best possible purchase price so nobody is missing out which quite often happens in my experience. You'd be so lucky to have Nicole as your agent!
We entrusted Nicole to sell our two houses and we were beyond happy both times! She got us quick results and made the whole experience fun and easy, instead of stressful. She provided such a cool, welcoming atmosphere during the open home by bringing in a coffee machine, so people could walk around and really feel like they belonged there. She's really friendly and approachable and you can tell she puts her whole heart into the job. Nicole's marketing is also fun and alluring which drew us a big crowed and some keen buyers, then when it came to the sale she put her sales lady hat on and got our buyer to a price that we were very happy with. Too easy!
I remember when we first started looking to buy a house, someone told me "it's not going to be as easy as buying a bag of oranges". But Nicole made it feel as easy as selling a bag of oranges (It was actually kind of fun). I knew I was in good capable hands from our first meeting. Nicole is a calm presence with a good eye for details and she's well clued up on all things real estate. She's welcoming and charismatic, but also a shark when we needed her to be. Her fantastic marketing skills drew us a huge crowd, and she went above and beyond to find us a buyer who loves our precious first home as much as we did. She sold TWO HOUSES for us!!
Nicole did such a great job of selling our first home that we asked her to sell our investment property, too! To be perfectly honest, it was a pretty difficult task we set her with. There were a lot of "out of the ordinary" requirements we needed met. It's been a minefield of legal, moral and professional hoops to jump through, but Nicole kept our best interest as her priority and got us across the line on a very satisfactory sale. I can only imagine all the extra work she put in behind the scenes to make sure we got the result we hoped for. Absolutely brilliant
In short, Nicole is brilliant. We engaged Nicole to sell our property for us towards the end of 2023, and she completely blew our expectations away. She's calm and collected, professional, and friendly and approachable. She's practical and knowledgeable about the real estate market, and is well-liked by sellers and prospective buyers alike. Selling with Nicole was the best thing we did. What a wee work horse she is. Confident, presentable, professional and her understanding/knowledge of the current market were faultless - wow! She kept us informed every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble. Selling a property can a very stressful experience - Nicole made the whole experience seamless from the moment we signed with her. She really listened to us and we got the outcome we wanted. Sale of our mother’s family home We are so grateful to have had Nicole cross our path and sell our mothers home. It was a very emotional time for us, a big family home, mum had been in for 20 years plus, lots of family memories. Right from the beginning Nicole was there, even helping us pack up on one visit when we couldn’t stop, racing to get the house prepared for sale. Through all of it she heard us, was empathetic and at the same time helped us get clear and her well informed pragmatic approach got us the sale at a good price in perfect timing. She kept us informed of the market, followed up with every potential buyer, surveying what else they were looking at, inspiring interest in our home, and helped us respond to feedback that made a difference. Her contacts and solid relationships with independent contractors eg: plasterers, building inspectors, and the like meant that we had quick and easy access to quality trades people to help in our preparation for sale.
