There was never a doubt that I chose the right agent. I used Matt Ryder to sell my Marble Wood Drive home, he always kept me informed at every stage of selling with a report on all potential buyers. The house we moved to he was the agent so I had first hand knowledge of his selling ability from a buyers and then sellers prospective. There was never a doubt that I chose the right agent. He obtained a good price and was always available to answer any of my questions. I would highly recommend Matt if you are contemplating selling your home as he is very forward thinking and proactive in his approach with marketing and quickly has a good rapport with prospective buyers as he is friendly with a professional approach never losing sight that your house is to be sold can suggest things that might make it more suitable for a buyer. He has sold many houses in our Marble Wood drive area and has developed a good rapport with owners who then go on to recommend him.

I asked Matt to sell mum’s property as I had known him from my school days and he had always been a kind and genuine person who I felt I could trust. Matt said he would treat me the same as he would any other vendor. After working with him selling mum’s house and then 2 subsequent properties, I was absolutely blown away by the enormous effort Matt put into each sale. I believe without a doubt that if anyone was looking for a house in the area they would definitely have known about the properties with advertising in The Press newspaper, the Property Press, social media, multiple online property websites, brochures and also letterbox drops. Matt worked all hours of the day, night and weekends to ensure every single lead was followed up. He was more than happy to work with other real estate agencies that may have an interested buyer. As I lived out of town he met with cleaners, tradespeople, removal people & gardeners at the properties as I wasn’t able to, and this made the whole process so easy for me. Very professional. The team was focused on the seller and I always felt confident the team were focused on the best possibly outcome for me. Also, my real estate agent Matt Ryder was brilliant. We had confirmed buyers for the Auction and none of them bidded. Given I live off the rental income and reside overseas, it was a very stressful time.
