Above & Beyond We engaged Nicky to sell a house off the plans that we are building in Cromwell. Nicky arranged a great marketing package, including renders & a video link to the plans. She soon brought us some interested vendors who subsequently purchased the property. The purchase required extensive liaison between the two parties with regards to the house spec, upgrades, and alterations. Nicky Butler has achieved the result for us that I doubt many others would have had the energy to follow through with.
