Rebecca Baldwin has spent 25 years in the veterinary industry, where her empathy for animals—and her strong people skills—shaped a career built on compassion, collaboration, and reliability. She has worked across veterinary nursing, administration, HR, and operations, gaining comprehensive insight into every facet of a veterinary practice.

In 2006, Rebecca relocated from England to New Zealand and later pivoted into business and real estate, discovering a true passion for commercial real estate. She excels at facilitating and brokering deals with win-win outcomes and is adept at developing and implementing efficient processes—having managed 53 entities within a commercial management portfolio.

Today, Rebecca is a co-owner of a commercial property management company and One Agency Property Team, with a strong interest in investments. She continues to pursue her Diploma in Business and credits her success to clear communication, timely action, meticulous attention to detail, and lasting relationships.
